This policy explains how Nabniow handles refund requests for paid plans, subscriptions, and promotional services on the platform.

1) Paid Subscriptions

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
  • Paid plan access usually remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments for used or partial billing periods are generally not refundable after the service has been activated.

2) Refund-Eligible Cases

  • Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges or confirmed technical billing errors.
  • Refunds may be reviewed if a paid service is unavailable because of a platform issue and is not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and payment provider rules.

3) Usually Non-Refundable Services

  • Featured job listings or promotional campaigns after delivery or display has started.
  • Digital services or AI tools that have already been used or whose credits have been consumed.
  • Free benefits, credits, or promotions that cannot be converted into cash value.

4) How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@nabniow.com with your account email, transaction ID if available, and the reason for the request.
  • We may ask for additional information to verify the account and payment before processing the request.
  • If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method according to the payment provider timeline.
